New storytelling tour program in Seogwipo
Focus on 8 locations around Soldongsan

There’s a new tour program in Seogwipo highlighting eight beautiful locations surrounding (솔동산) Soldongsan, each with an accompanying story.

The Seogwi Songsan Village Association and culture tour guides at the Artist’s Walkway are currently promoting the storytelling tour program, which starts at an ancient site in Soldongsan near the popular (이중섭) Lee Jung-seop Street.

The tour guides will relate interesting tales about subjects including stargazing on the island, the birthplace of Lee Jung-seop, and old Japanese-style buildings.

서귀포 송산서귀마을회와 작가의산책길 해설사회는
이중섭거리 입구인 솔동산 부근 유적에 역사와 문화 이야기를 입힌
스토리텔링 '솔동산 8경'을 개발하고 관광객 유치에 나섰습니다.

솔동산 8경은 서귀진성에서 노인성 별자리를 바라보는
무병장수를 비롯해 이중섭 생가, 옛 일본식 주택 등
8개의 역사 문화 유적에 이야기를 입혔습니다.
