Official house values up 17% in Jeju City
Houses in rural areas gain more value than those in urban locations

Official house values in Jeju City are rising on the back of a general upward trend in real estate prices.

The municipal administration says that, as of January 1st, the value of individual houses, as opposed to apartments and condos and excluding newly built or extended buildings, rose an average 16.85 percent compared to a year ago.

By region, house prices in urban “dong” administrative districts rose an average of 16.4 percent, while those in more rural “eup” and “myeon” districts surged 17.8 percent.

Jeju City will publicly post the housing values on April 29th. Anyone wishing to file objections may do so until May 30th at the community service center in their registered neighborhood.

부동산 가격 상승 등의 영향으로
제주시지역 개별주택 공시가격이
큰 폭으로 오른 것으로 나타났습니다.

제주시에 따르면 올해 1월 1일 기준 개별주택가격은
신축이나 증축하지 않은 지난해와 동일한 조건의 주택이
평균 16.85% 상승했습니다.

지역별로는 동지역이 16.4%,
읍면지역도 17.8%나 올랐습니다.

제주시는 오는 29일 개별주택가격을 공시하고
다음달 30일까지 읍면동 주민센터를 통해
이의신청을 접수합니다.
