Management center for public investments to open in July
Will be located in Jeju Development Institute

A center to manage public investment projects will open in Jeju this summer.

The provincial government says the Jeju Public Investment Management Center will open within the Jeju Development Institute in July.

It will examine investment projects, screen those being considered, and look for those that can be funded by the national government.

In particular, the center will more closely review planned investments of over two billion won for feasibility, possible overlap with other initiatives, and expected economic impact.

7월부터 제주공공투자관리센터 설치

각종 공공투자사업의 효율적인 추진을 위한 '제주공공투자관리센터'가 설치 운영됩니다.

제주특별자치도는 오는 7월부터 제주발전연구원에 제주공공투자관리센터를 설치하고 각종 투자사업을 검토하고 학술용역에 대한 사전심사, 국비지원 전략사업을 발굴하게 됩니다.

특히 총사업비 20억 이상의 투자사업의 경우 적합성과 중복투자 여부,
경제성 분석을 통해 사전 검토를 강화한다는 계획입니다.
