LH to provide 560 public rental units in Samhwa district
Applications being accepted May 10-12

The Korea Land & Housing Corporation, or LH, will provide 560 public rental housing units in the Samhwa district.

Renters who lease the homes for an initial period of ten years will then be eligible to purchase the. The homes include 316 houses that are 59 square meters in size, 124 homes that are 74 square meters, and 120 homes that have an area of 84 square meters.

Rent will range from 410,000 won to 650,000 won a month, with a deposit of between 30.7 million won and 48.6 million won.

To be eligible, prospective renters must not own a home. Applications will be accepted from May 10th to the 12th.

이번에 공급하는 공공임대주택는 임대기간이 10년인 분양 전환형 주택으로
공급 물량은 59제곱미터 316세대, 74제곱미터 124세대,
84제곱미터 120세대입니다.

임대료는 전용면적에 따라
임대보증금 3천 70만원에서 4천860만원에
월 41만 원에서 65만 원입니다.

대상은 무주택 세대며,
임대신청은 다음달 10일부터 12일까지 받습니다.
