Construction of Four Seasons Hotel in Jeju considered
Governor says he fully supports idea

Jeju may be getting its own Four Seasons Hotel.

Governor Won Heeryong recently sat down with one of Four Seasons' largest investors, Saudi Prince Al-Waleed bin Talal… and discussed the possibility of building one here. The prince said he was aware of Jeju’s investment potential and developments and that he was interested in pushing ahead with the construction of a Four Seasons Hotel here.

The governor added that the Four Seasons brand recently became even more famous in Korea. Its Seoul hotel was used as the venue for the recent Go match between Lee Se-dol and Google’s AlphaGo. Won vowed to do everything he could to advance the construction of a Four Seasons Hotel here.

이에 대해 원 지사는 포시즌스호텔이
이세돌 구단과 알파고와의 대국으로 더욱 유명해졌다며
제주에 진출하게 되면 가능한 지원을 아끼지 않겠다고 약속했습니다.
