The computer systems used at Jeju casinos will be revamped after criticisms that the existing systems are outdated and that they are not operated in a transparent manner.

In addition to the new systems, the provincial government will also draw up new regulations on cash and chip management to make that more transparent, as well.

The new computer programs will have upgraded safety features to prevent tampering, in line with international standards.

A team of experts will be also formed to continuously check up on the systems.
