23% fewer vacant new housing units in Jeju

Fewer new housing units remain unsold in Jeju.

According to the latest figures by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport… 122 new homes were vacant here in May… down 23 percent from the 158 that were unsold in April.

The downward trend in Jeju comes in sharp contrast to the upward trend of vacancies in other parts of the nation.

The number of new housing units that remained unsold last month even after construction was complete stood at 72. That’s a 33 percent drop from a month earlier.

또 '악성 미분양'으로 불리는 준공 후
미분양주택도 72건으로 33% 감소했습니다.
