Athletic events lined up for July
Triathlon, golf, soccer, swimming, etc.

The Jeju International Triathlon is one of the many sporting events lined up for the month of July.

A total of 16 events will take place in Jeju, including four international tournaments and six national competitions.

The 16th International Triathlon will begin on July 8th and run through the 11th in Seogwipo. Some 2,500 people from 15 countries are registered.

The 6th Jeju International Korea-China-Japan Golf Tournament will be held on July 13th and 14th at the Elysian Country Club. About 500 people are expected to participate in that.

Other events will include a women’s soccer tournament, cycling and swimming races, and a national go, known in Korean as baduk (바둑), tournament for the disabled.

제주도에 따르면 제16회 국제철인 3종경기 대회가 다음달 8일부터 나흘동안 서귀포시 일원에서 열리고 제6회 국민생활체육 제주국제한중일 골프대회가
다음달 13일부터 엘리시안컨트리클럽에서 진행됩니다.

이 밖에 제3회 만덕배 제주여성축구대회 등 6개의 전국대회와 4개의 국제대회 등
모두 16개의 스포츠대회가 열릴 예정입니다.
