Logo, slogan selected for 70th anniversary of provincehood
Will be used at August 1 ceremony

Authorities have selected a logo and slogan to commemorate the 70th anniversary of Jeju gaining provincehood.

The winning logo design was created by (정한샘) Jeong Han-sem while the slogan is the creation of (김은미) Kim Eun-mi.

The new logo and slogan will be put to their first official use August first at a ceremony marking the anniversary. They will then be used at other events and within different departments of the provincial government.

도제실시 70주년 로고·슬로건 확정

도제실시 70주년을 기념할 로고와 슬로건이 확정됐습니다.

제주특별자치도는 올해 초 도제실시 70주년에 대한 공모전을 진행한 결과 로고 당선작으로 정한샘씨의 작품을 선정했습니다.

또 슬로건 분야에서는 김은미씨의 '제주도제 70년! 청정의 가치로 공존의 미래로'를 당선작으로 확정했습니다.

제주도는 이번 로고와 슬로건을 오는 8월 1일 열리는 기념식을 포함해
각 부서에서 추진하는 행사 등에 활용할 계획입니다.
