International trekking event July 9-18
Hiking at Jeju’s World Natural Heritage sites

From July 9th to 18th, an international trekking event will take place at Jeju’s World Natural Heritage sites, including Geomunoreum, Manjanggul Cave, and Seongsan Sunrise Peak.

This is the ninth year of the event. Admission to the sites will be free for the ten days.

A five-kilometer stretch of the Yongamgil Trail at Geomunoreum will also be open to the public. It is normally closed off.

Shuttle buses will be running every half hour for the duration of the event between the Yongamgil Trail and trekking information center.

오는 9일부터 18일까지 거문오름과 만장굴, 성산일출봉 등
세계자연유산지구 일대에서 개최됩니다.

제주특별자치도가
세계자연유산 등재 9주년을 맞아 개최하는 이번 트레킹대회 기간에는
사전 예약 없이 거문오름을 무료로 탐방할 수 있으며
평소 출입이 제한됐던 용암길 5km 코스도 개방됩니다.

제주도는 행사기간 참가자 편의를 위해
거문오름 용암길과 탐방안내소까지 평일 30분 간격으로
순환버스를 운행할 예정입니다.
