4 drug stores caught for hiring unlicensed Chinese
Another 4 caught for illegally lending out licenses

Authorities say a number of local pharmacies are breaking the law.

The Korean Pharmaceutical Association says it recently caught four drug stores in Jeju for hiring unlicensed Chinese staff in a bid to boost sales with Chinese tourists.

Another four drug stores were warned after authorities determined they had illegally lent out their pharmaceutical licenses. The association says if the drug stores in question fail to adhere to the warnings, it will take legal action.

도내에서 약사 면허를 대여하거나
무면허 중국인을 고용해 의약품을 판 약국들이
잇따라 적발됐습니다.

대한약사회는 최근 약사지도위원회 현지점검을 통해
약사 면허가 없는 중국인을 고용해 중국인 관광객들에게
의약품을 판매한 도내 약국 4곳을
적발했다고 밝혔습니다.

이와 함께 약사면허를 대여해 약국을 운영한
약국 4곳도 적발해 개선조치하는 한편,
조치가 이뤄지지 않는 약국에 대해서는
관계기관에 고발하기로 했습니다.
