PR hall for Seongsan Sunrise Peak opens after remodeling
Province spent over \1b on renovations

A remodelled hall for Seongsan Sunrise Peak has opened to promote the World Natural Heritage site.

The province injected just over 1 billion won in the first half of the year to renovate the promotion hall in order to better inform travelers of the peak’s internationally-recognized geological value.

The hall comprises five sections, including an introduction to the local culture of Seongsan-ri, where the peak is located. Entrance is free.

세계자연유산 성산일출봉의 아름다움을 알리기 위해 홍보관이 운영됩니다.

제주특별자치도는 올해 초 사업비 10억 4천여만 원을 투입해
성산일출봉의 세계적인 지절적 가치가 탐방객들에게 전달할 수 있도록 홍보관을 정비했습니다.

홍보관은 성산일출봉의 하루와 성산리의 문화 등을 담은 5개의 주제로 구성됐으며 무료로 관람할 수 있습니다.
