Beach festivals galore this weekend
Iho Taewoo Beach, Samyang Black Sand Beach, Gwakji Gwamul Beach

A number of festivals are now underway at Jeju City beaches.

The Iho Taewoo Festival began Friday at Iho Taewoo Beach. Visitors can try piloting traditional fishing vessels, catching anchovies, and other activities through Sunday.

The festival at Samyang Black Sand Beach also began Friday, but is only running through Saturday. Participants can try black sand bathing and scuba diving, among other activities.

Finally, the 9th Gwakji Gwamul Beach festival is scheduled for Saturday. That event focuses on broccoli, a key local specialty of the area, but it also includes activities like bare-handed fishing.

내일부터 해수욕장 여름축제 '풍성'

내일(29일)부터 제주시내 해수욕장에서 다채로운 여름축제가 마련됩니다.

내일(29일)부터 일요일까지 이호테우해변에서 열리는 이호테우축제에서는 사흘 동안 멸치잡이와 원담 고기잡기 테우 승선 체험 등을 즐길 수 있습니다.

삼양검은모래해변에서는 내일과 모레 이틀 동안 모래찜질과 스킨스쿠버 체험을 할 수 있는 삼양검은모래해변 축제가 개최됩니다.

모레, 곽지과물해변에서도 제9회 밭담의 숨결 브로콜리와 해변의 특별한 만남 축제가 열릴 예정입니다.
