Reporting centers open for illegal real estate deals
Jeju saw 245 cases in first half of 2016

Starting this month, the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport opened a nationwide network of centers where citizens can report illegal real estate transactions.

The main areas of focus will be on falsified transaction prices and declarations, illegal promotion of subscription accounts, and the illegal selling of new housing units.

Reporting centers have been set up in each provincial district and online at molit.go.kr.

Some 245 cases of false real estate declarations were uncovered in Jeju in the first half of 2016, and a total of 450 million won in fines were levied.

국토교통부가 오늘(1일)부터 분양권 불법전매 등
부동산 불법 거래 행위를 방지하기 위한 신고센터를 운영합니다.

주요 신고 내용은 중개업소의 다운계약 강요와 허위신고,
청약통장 불법거래 알선, 분양권 불법 전매 등 입니다.

신고는 각 행정시에 설치된 신고센터 또는 국토부 홈페이지에서 가능합니다.

한편 올해 상반기 도내에서 적발된 부동산 실거래가 허위신고 건수는 245건으로
4억 5천여만 원의 과태료가 부과됐습니다.
