More new homes remain unsold in July
Compared to June, 52% more finished units didn’t sell

The number of new homes that remain unsold in Jeju increased in July.

According to a new report by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, 152 new properties were sold in July… down 74 percent from a month earlier.

Some 250 new homes under construction remained unsold last month ? two percent more than in June, while the number of completed housing units that didn’t sell rose 52 percent.

도내 미분양 주택 증가…분양시장 주춤

부동산 열기로 과열됐던 도내 주택 분양 시장이 다소 주춤해지고 있습니다.

국토교통부가 발표한 '7월 분양실적과 미분양 주택 현황'에 따르면 지난달 도내 공동주택 분양실적은 152건으로 전달보다 74% 감소했습니다.

지난달 미분양 주택은 250여 가구로 전달보다 2% 증가했고, 악성 미분양으로 불리는 준공 후 미분양은 52% 늘었습니다.
