ROK Navy turns 71
Jeju Civilian-Military Complex Port open to public November 7, 8

The navy is marking the 71st anniversary of its foundation, and to celebrate, the Jeju Naval Base Squadron will host an open house on November 7th and 8th.

Visitors will be allowed into the Jeju Civilian-Military Complex Port, located in Gangjeong-dong, Seogwipo, where navy vessels are stationed.

The public will be able to get a close-up view of the Gang Gam-chan destroyer, the Busan frigate, and an amphibious landing craft. Visitors will also be able to try out select military equipment.


해군 71주년 기념 민군복합항 공개 행사


해군창설 71주년을 기념해 제주 민군복합형 관광미항 공개 행사가 열립니다.


해군 제주기지전대는 오는 7일과 8일 이틀 동안 서귀포시 강정동 민군복합항에서
해군 함정이 계류하는 군항 일대와 부대 복지관을 개방합니다.


구축함인 '강감찬함'과 호위함 '부산함' 2척, 상륙장갑차를 견학할 수 있고
군용 장비 체험 시간도 마련됩니다.
