Jeju Geo Festival this weekend
In Sagye-ri on Saturday, Gimnyeong-ri on Sunday


The Jeju Geo Festival will be held this weekend to celebrate the island’s Global Geopark sites.


Hosted by the Jeju Tourism Organization, the festival will be held in Sagye-ri on Saturday and Gimnyeong-ri on Sunday. Visitors will be able to hike the island’s geotrails, enjoy local specialties, and take in events, like a geological culture festival and a town play.


Any visitor staying at geopark-themed accommodations called “Geohouses” qualifies for a discount of up to 20 percent.


오는 5~6일, 지오페스티벌 열려


세계지질공원을 테마로 한 '지오페스티벌'이 오는 5일부터 6일까지 이틀동안 서귀포시 사계리와 제주시 김녕리 일대에서 열립니다.


제주관광공사가 마련한 이번 행사는 지질트레일탐방과 로컬푸드 시식 등의 프로그램들로 오는 5일에는 사계리에서, 6일에는 김녕리에서 진행됩니다.


이와 함께 지질문화축제와 마을 공연 등 다양한 문화행사도 마련됩니다.


또 행사기간에 지질공원을 테마로 한 숙소인 지오하우스 숙박료가 최대 20% 할인됩니다.
