Jeju United officially in 2017 AFC Champions League
Qualification sealed after Sunday win over Sangju


Jeju United has made it through to the AFC Champions League after beating Sangju Sangmu in a Sunday K-League match.


Jeju beat Sangju three-to-nil Sunday at the Jeju World Cup Stadium. Lee Woo-jin and Ahn Hyeon-beom both found the net for the local team.


That win put Jeju’s point total in the K-League Classic at 59, clinching third place in the national league, and qualification in next year’s AFC Champions League.


This is only the second time Jeju has qualified for the “Asian Champions League” since 2010.

이우진과 안현범의 연속골에 힘입어 3 : 0으로 승리를 거뒀습니다.


이로써 제주는 승점 59점으로 리그 3위로 시즌을 마치며 내년 시즌 아시아챔피언스리그에 진출하게 됐습니다.


제주가 아시아챔피언스리그에 진출한 것은 지난 2010년 이후 두 번째 입니다.
