Buyers sought for Jeju’s first rebuilt apartment complex
239 units available in Haemoro Rich Hill in Donam, Jeju City


Developers have opened up a model house and are now looking for new tenants for Jeju’s first rebuilt apartment complex.


Haemoro Rich Hill in Donam is now selling 239 of the 426 units in the complex. Priority will be given to the disabled, families with three or more children, and newlyweds - all of whom may apply for a unit on November 15th. All other people wishing to apply can do so on November 17th and 18th.


The apartments are being sold at a bit over 4.4 million won per square meter.


Large crowds swarmed the model house on the first day of the open house, which was Friday, and that led to some traffic problems in the area.

분양가는 3.3㎡당 1천460만 원으로 책정됐습니다.


한편 이른 아침부터 견본주택에 많은 사람들이 몰리면서 주변 교통정체 등 불편이 이어졌습니다.
