HK Landing Group acquires all shares in myths theme park
Buys out Genting Singapore for $420 million


The Hong Kong-based Landing International Development has acquired all shares in Landing Jeju Development, which is the entity spearheading the Jeju Myths and History Theme Park.


Landing International says it has signed an agreement to take over the remaining 50 percent of shares currently owned by Genting Singapore, making it the sole shareholder of the theme park. The acquisition is said to have cost 420 million dollars.


Hong Kong’s Landing Group and Singapore’s Genting Group established Landing Jeju Development in 2014, with each getting a 50 percent stake at the time.


홍콩 란딩그룹, 신화역사공원 지분 100% 확보


제주신화역사공원의 개발사업자인 홍콩 란딩그룹이 람정제주개발의 지분을 100% 확보했습니다.


란딩인터네셔널은 최근 제주신화역사공원의 공동 사업자인 겐팅 싱가포르 그룹의 50% 지분을 인수하는 내용의 매매계약서를 체결했다고 밝혔습니다. 인수대금은 약 4억 2천만 달러이며,
이로써 람정제주개발은 란딩인터내셔널의 완전한 자회사가 됐습니다.


한편 람정제주개발은 홍콩의 란딩그룹과 겐팅 싱가포르 그룹이 합작해 지난 2014년 설립됐습니다.
