Land sales decline
Area of land sold down 3.39% through end of October


Land sales on the island are slowing down.


About 81 million square meters of land was sold through the end of October. That’s down 3.39 percent compared to the first ten months of 2015.


The drop was most evident in October when all transactions added up to only 459,000 square meters - a stunning 40 percent decline compared to the year before.


Officials attribute the drop to a decrease in speculation and an increase in sales of smaller plots.

제주도내 토지거래 면적이 감소세를 보이고 있습니다.


제주도가 올들어 지난달까지 토지거래현황을 분석한 결과
거래 면적은 8천 83만 제곱미터로
지난해 같은기간보다 3.39% 줄었습니다.


특히 지난 한달간 토지거래 현황은
459만 제곱미터로
전년 동기 대비 39.67% 감소했습니다.


제주도는 부동산 투기대책 추진으로 투기성 거래가 줄어들고
소규모 실수요 토지거래가
활성화 됐기 때문으로 분석하고 있습니다.
