Housing market slows last month
17% fewer sales compared to October 2015


In related news, the housing market is also cooling off.


According to the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport…921 housing units were sold in October, 17 percent fewer than in October 2015.


That came as housing sales climbed two percent across the nation, while it was the second month in a row of a year-on-year decline here on the island.


On the other hand, 387 rental contracts were signed in October, and that’s one percent more than the year before.

제주지역 주택 거래가 주춤해지고 있습니다.


국토교통부에 따르면
지난달 제주지역 주택 매매거래량은
921건으로
지난해 같은 기간보다 17% 감소했습니다.


전국 주택 매매거래량이 2% 상승한 것과는 대조적으로
지난 8월 이후 두 달 연속 감소세를 보이고 있습니다.


반면 전월세 거래량은 387건으로 지난해보다 1% 상승했습니다.
