Fierce competition for Jeju’s first rebuilt apartment complex
Nearly 130 applications for every available unit


There are nearly 130 people trying to buy every unit available at Jeju’s first rebuilt apartment complex.


The Korea Financial Telecommunications & Clearings Institute says that around 20,800 people applied for the 163 units at Haemoro Richville… putting the ratio at 128 applications per unit.


The most sought-after unit was the 84-square-meter C-type home. Two hundred and nine people applied for every one available.


Due to the popularity of the apartments, the application period ended on the 17th, instead of continuing on until the 18th as initially planned. Results will be announced on the 24th.

제주에서 첫 번째 재건축 아파트인 해모로 리치힐 일반청약 접수가 진행된 가운데 평균 128대 1이라는 높은 경쟁률을 기록했습니다.


금융결제원에 따르면 어제(17일) 해모로 리치힐 일반공급 물량 163세대에 2만 800여 명이 신청해 평균 경쟁률은 128대 1로 나타났습니다.


아파트 유형별로는 전용면적 84제곱미터 C형이 209대 1로 경쟁률이 가장 높았습니다.


일반청약 접수가 1순위에서 마감되면서 당초 오늘(18일)로 예정됐던 2순위 접수는 자동적으로 취소됐으며 일반공급 당첨자는 오는 24일 발표됩니다.
