450 new apartment units to become available December-February

Some 450 new apartment units will become available on the island between December and February.


The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport says nearly 88,000 units across the country will be ready for occupants this winter.


The 450 in Jeju include approximately 210 in Gangjeong, Seogwipo in December, 100 in Jungmun-dong, Seogwipo in January, and 60 in Ora-dong, Jeju City.

다음달부터 내년 2월까지 석달동안 제주에 아파트 450여 가구가 공급됩니다.


국토교통부가 발표한 전국 아파트 공급현황에 따르면 다음달부터 내년 2월까지 입주 예정인 아파트는 8만 7천980여 가구로 이 가운데 제주의 경우 450가구로 집계됐습니다.


제주지역 입주 예정인 아파트는 다음달 서귀포시 강정지구에 210여 가구와 내년 1월 중문동 100여 가구, 제주시 오라동 60여 가구 등 입니다.
