Apartment prices in Jeju rise at fastest pace in Korea
Up 0.23% in one week


Apartment prices in Jeju are rising at the fastest pace in the nation last week.


The Korea Appraisal Board says data for November 21st showed that the apartment price index in Jeju stood at 120… up 0.23 percent from a week before.


Nationally, the average growth was just 0.03 percent.


Jeonse is a renting system in which tenants make a large deposit that is returned in full at the end of the lease, and jeonse prices in Jeju also rose at the fastest pace in the nation: 0.15 percent.


아파트 매매·전세 가격 상승률 전국 '최고'


제주지역 아파트 매매, 전세가격이 전국에서 가장 많이 오른 것으로 조사됐습니다.


한국감정원이 발표한 주간아파트 가격 동향에 따르면 지난 21일 기준 제주의 아파트 매매가격지수는 120으로 전주보다 0.23% 상승했습니다.


이같은 상승률은 전국 평균 0.03%를 크게 웃도는 것으로 전국에서 가장 많이 올랐습니다.


아파트 전세가격도 0.15% 오르며 전국에서 가장 높은 상승률을 기록했습니다.
