Nation’s highest growth in apartment prices
Prices in Jeju jump 9.5% in last year

Over the past year, apartment prices in Jeju grew at the fastest pace in the nation.


According to housing price data from KB Kookmin Bank, from the end of 2015 through last month, average prices in Jeju grew 9.5 percent. The national average was just 1.4 percent.


Apartment prices here grew at more than twice the pace of those in Seoul.


On average, there were 78.5 prospective initial buyers for every unit in Jeju. That metric was second to only Busan.

제주지역 아파트 값이 전국에서 가장 많이 오른 것으로 조사됐습닌다.


KB국민은행 주택시장동향에 따르면 지난해 말부터 지난달까지 제주지역 아파트 가격 상승률은 9.5%로 전국 평균 1.4%를 크게 웃돌고 있습니다.


이같은 상승률은 서울보다 2배 이상 높은 것으로 전국에서 가장 많이 올랐습니다.


아파트 1순위 평균 청약경쟁률은 78.5대 1로 부산에 이어 전국에서 두 번째로 높습니다.
