Growth in apartment prices slows
Weekly growth falls to 0.1% December 12

The growth in local apartment prices has begun to slow.

According to data released by Korea Appraisal Board, the rate was 0.1 percent on December 12th. That’s 0.04 percentage points lower than the previous week.

The figure has now fallen for four weeks after hitting 0.29 percent November 14th.

It’s the same story for “jeonsae” apartment rentals. The growth in prices for them has fallen from 0.19 percent November 14th to 0.02 percent.

아파트 매매·전세가격 상승폭 둔화

아파트 매매가격 상승폭이 둔화되고 있습니다.

한국감정원이 발표한 '주간아파트 가격 동향'에 따르면 지난 12일 기준 제주지역 아파트 매매가격 상승률은 0.1%로 전주보다 0.04%p 하락했습니다.

지난달 14일 0.29%를 기록한 후 4주 연속 하락하고 있습니다.

전세가격 상승률은 0.02%로 지난달 14일 0.19%를 기록한 후 상승폭이 줄어들고 있습니다.
