Hospital for elderly opens Tuesday
\3.9b facility has 100 rooms

A new hospital affiliated with Jeju Medical Center and dedicated to care for the elderly opened Tuesday.

Construction on the 3.9-billion-won facility began in November 2015 and finished in October.

The two-floor building has one underground level and 100 patient rooms.

The governor, provincial council members, and area residents attended the Tuesday opening ceremony for the facility.

제주의료원 부속 요양병원 20일 개원

제주의료원 부속 요양병원이 오는 20일 개원합니다.

제주의료원 부속요양병원은 사업비 39억7천만원을 들여 지난해 11월 신축공사에 들어간 뒤 지난 10월 완공됐습니다.

규모는 지하1층에 지항2층으로 100개의 병상이 마련됐습니다.

제주의료원은 오는 20일 원희룡 도지사와 도의원, 지역주민 등을 초청해 개원식을 진행할 예정입니다.
