Officials seek amendments to casino regulations
Changes planned to Jeju Special Law

The provincial government has decided to focus this year on instituting reforms in the casino industry in order to make it more competitive.

It plans to begin amending sections of the Jeju Special Law that deal with casinos every three years.

Officials will also add CCTV management and advertisement regulations to the parts of the law that deal with casinos, in order to make those parts more effective.

Finally, the provincial government wants to improve the casino management skills of public officials by providing them with expert lectures and other educational opportunities.
