Jeju City adding 74 vehicles to public bus fleet
Routes also being expanded

Jeju City is putting more public buses on the road this year, and expanding their routes.

It will start by extending the route of number 43, which goes to (절물) Jeolmul, to the parking lot for the (사려니) Saryeoni Forest Trail.

By June, it will buy another 74 buses for local routes, and improve drivers’ working conditions.

The one downsizing in operations will be the City Tour Bus. It has been running daily, but it will no longer run on the second Monday of every month .

제주시, 공영버스 증차·노선 확대

제주시가 올해 공영버스를 증차하고 노선을 확대합니다.

우선 이달 중으로 43번 절물행 공영버스 노선을 사려니 숲길 주차장까지로 연장합니다.

이와함께 대중교통체계 개편에 맞춰 6월까지 버스 74대를 구입해 공영버스 운행노선을 대폭 확대하고 운전원 처우를 개선합니다.

제주시는 다만 연중무휴로 운행하던 시티투어버스를 매월 둘째주 월요일 하루 운행하지 않기로 했습니다.
