Dream Tower space priced at roughly \5m per square meter
Sales begin in March

The price for space in the Nohyeong Dream Tower will be set at roughly five million won per square meter.

According to Jeju City, facilities in the twin buildings will include a 776- room tourist hotel and an 850-room regular hotel.

The developers will be selling approximately 124,000 square meters in floor space for a total of some 640 billion won.

The Greenland Holding Group and Lotte Tour Development plan to begin selling space in March.

노형 드림타워 평당 분양가 1천7백만원대

제주시 노형 드림타워의 평당 분양가가 천7백만원대에 달할 전망입니다.

제주시에 따르면 최근 드림타워 주요 시설은 관광호텔 776실, 일반호텔 850실로
분양 신고가는 3.3제곱미터당 천700만원에 이르고 있습니다.

드림타워의 분양면적은 12만4천 여 제곱미터로 총 분양금액은 6천4백억원 규모입니다.

개발사인 뤼디그룹과 롯데관광개발에 따르면 분양은 오는 3월부터 이뤄질 예정입니다.
