Private institutes must post fees
Violators risk fines, loss of business license

Beginning this year, all private educational academies, arts and sports studios, and the like must post their lesson fees.

As part of revised regulations, the provincial office of education says the institutes must now post lesson and textbook fees in easily accessible locations, like hallways or entrances.

Violators will be ordered to correct the problems and fined 500,000 won. A third violation may result in the revocation of the business license.

위반시 1차 시정명령과 50만원의 과태료가 부과되며 3차 적발시 최고 등록 말소 처분까지 내려집니다
