Province announces holiday public services plan
Hundreds of people ready to deal with potential problems

The provincial government has announced its plan for public services over the upcoming Lunar New Year holidays.

Provincial disaster control center staff will be boosted from nine to 15 from January 27th to the 30th. Authorities also set up a disaster alert system.

Nearly 400 security personnel will be ready to swiftly deal with fires or problems with transportation, water supply and drainage, and other issues.

Emergency rooms and public health centers will remain open around the clock.

제주도가 설 연휴 비상근무에 들어갑니다.

제주도는 연휴인 27일부터 30일까지 나흘동안 재난상황실 인원을 9명에서 15명으로 늘리고 만일의 재난 발생시 신속히 전파할 수 있는 시스템을 구축했습니다.

또 비상안전요원 390여 명도 배치해 화재와 교통, 상하수도 등 각종 생활 민원에
신속히 대응할 계획입니다.

아울러 응급의료기관과 보건소를 중심으로 24시간 비상진료체계도 유지합니다.
