Korea’s highest growth in apartment prices
Housing market heats up as traditional moving season approaches

With the traditional “Singugan” moving period coming, sales and rental prices for island apartments are growing at the fastest pace in the nation.

According to Korea Appraisal Board, as Monday the 16th, the Transaction Based Price Index for local apartments was 121.6. That’s 0.28 percent higher than the week before.

Nationwide, apartment prices are holding steady, while they continue to rise here on the island.

Over the same period, long-term “jeonse” lease prices in Jeju grew 0.21 percent, far outpacing the national average of 0.01 percent.

아파트 매매·전세가격 상승률 '전국 최고'

제주의 전통 이사철인 신구간을 앞두고 아파트 매매와 전세가격이 전국에서 가장 많은 오른 것으로 조사됐습니다.

한국감정원이 발표한 주간아파트 가격 동향에 따르면 지난 16일 기준으로 제주의 아파트 매매가격지수는 121.6으로 전주보다 0.28% 상승했습니다.

전국적인 보합세속에 제주는 가장 높은 상승률을 보이고 있습니다.

아파트 전세가격 상승률은 전국 평균 0.01%를 크게 웃도는 0.21%로 이 역시 전국에서 가장 많이 오른 것으로 조사됐습니다.
