Local bird restrictions lifted
Monitoring of imported poultry remains in effect

The provincial government has lifted all bans on the transport of poultry on the island. The restriction was imposed after the highly pathogenic strain of the bird flu virus was found here.
Negative serum tests at the (용수)Yongsu Reservoir in (한경면)Hangyeong-myeon where AI virus was first found prompted authorities to lift transport sanctions on duck farms in the region on Tuesday.
(한경면)Hangyeong-myeon was the last area still under a livestock transport ban on the island.
However, poultry products from regions other than the Gyeongbuk area of the mainland are still subject to an import ban.


도내 가금류 이동제한 조치 모두 해제

고병원성 인플루엔자 발생 이후 내려졌던
제주도내 이동제한 조치가 모두 해제됐습니다.

제주도는
지난 24일, AI 바이러스가 검출됐던
한경면 용수 저수지에 대한
시료 검사에서 이상 없다는 결과가 나옴에 따라
오늘(26일)자로
한경면 지역 오리 농가에 대한 이동제한 조치를 해제했습니다.

이에따라 도내 모든 가금 농가에 대한 이동제한 조치도 풀렸습니다.

다만 다른지역 닭. 오리 반입은 물론
경북을 제외한 가금산물의 반입 금지는 계속해서 유지되고 있습니다.
