영어교육도시 민간용지 56필지 모두 매각

제주국제자유도시개발센터가 조성한

제주영어교육도시의 민간공급 용지가 모두 매각됐습니다.

한국자산관리공사에 따르면

JDC가 2014년부터 지난해까지 3차례 진행한

영어교육도시 도시개발사업 토지공급 공매에서

56개 필지 25만9천여㎡의 공동주택과 단독주택, 종교시설 용지가

모두 1천914억여원에 팔렸습니다.

특히 3.3㎡당 최고 낙찰가는 700만원 수준으로

JDC도 막대한 수익을 올린 것으로 분석됐습니다.

Public auction adds huge revenue to JDC coffers

All the land in the Jeju Global Education City earmarked for private ownership by the Jeju Free International City Development Center (JDC) has been sold.

According to Korea Asset Management Corporation, three public auctions of land in the Global Education City were held through last year. These totalled 56 plots, or two-hundred-fifty-nine thousand square meters, and generated some one-hundred-ninety-one-point-four billion won. The land was allocated for housing and religious facilities.

The JDC’s earnings from these public sales were substantial, with the highest winning bid totalling seven million won per three-point-three square meters.
