설 맞아 합동세배·마을포제 잇따라

정유년 새해를 맞아 마을의 안녕과 결속을 다지는

합동세배와 마을포제가 마을별로 진행됩니다.

제주시에 따르면 오늘(27일)

제주시 함덕리 마을고사와 추자도 최영장군 추모제가 진행됐습니다.

이어 설날인 내일(28일)부터 30일까지

제주시지역 60여 개 마을에서 마을회 주관으로 합동세배를 개최합니다.

이와함ㅁ께 다음달 1일 화북동 해신제를 시작으로 13일까지

90여개 마을에서 마을의 안녕과 풍요를 기원하는 포제가 거행됩니다.


Ancestral rites celebrate Lunar New Year

Ceremonies held to wish for health and prosperity


In celebration of the Lunar New Year's holidays, people all across the island have gathered to hold ancestral rites wishing for health and prosperity in 2017.

According to Jeju City, village rites in Hamdeok-ri, Jeju-si and a memorial ceremony for General (최영) Choi Young on Chuja-do Island were held on January 27th. Some 60 villages held joint ancestral rites from January 28th through today.

In addition, about 90 rites wishing for abundant catches by those in the fishing industry will be hosted starting with rites called (해신제) ‘Haesinje' through February 13th.
