Provincial council starts provisional session Tuesday

The Jeju Provincial Council is convening for its 348th provisional session from Tuesday to Friday this week.

Each of the body’s standing committees will report on its major projects and plans for the upcoming year.

Lawmakers will also discuss revisions to a number of local ordinances, including those governing the number of government officials, city planning, and the guaranteed living wage.

KCTV will broadcast live all of the session’s major proceedings, including the Tuesday opening ceremony.

제348회 제주도의회 임시회가 오는 7일부터 10일간의 회기로 열립니다.

이 기간에 제주도의회는 각 상임위원회별로 소관 실국에 대한 올해 주요 업무를 보고받습니다.

또 제주도 지방공무원정원 조례 개정안과 제주도 도시계획조례 개정안, 제주도 생활임금 보장 조례 등 각종 안건을 처리합니다.
