‘Office Flowers’ campaign
Province encouraging businesses to brighten up offices, help growers

The provincial government is urging area businesses to decorate their offices with fresh flowers in order to help growers.

Flower growers have seen their business dry up since an anti-graft law was put into effect.

The province’s campaign entails desktop flowers that are replaced regularly by local flower shops.

Participation in the campaign is mandatory through the end of the year at 260 agencies, including the provincial office itself, the island’s two city halls, and affiliated organizations.

It plans to encourage government-funded organizations and related institutions to also take part in the initiative.

'사무실 꽃 생활화' 캠페인은 지역 꽃집과 계약을 체결해 사무실 테이블 또는 개인 책상에 정기적으로 꽃을 배달하고 수거하는 것으로

제주도는 올 연말까지 도 본청과 행정시, 산하기관을 포함한 260여곳에서 의무적으로 시행합니다.

또 출자 출연기관과 유관기관의 경우 사무실 꽃 생활화 캠페인 참여를 적극 권고해 나갈 예정입니다.
