Free sanitary pads for low-income girls
Support available through West Jeju City Public Health Center

The West Jeju City Public Health Center is now offering free sanitary pads to girls from low-income families.

Teenagers who use community child care centers may apply for the assistance, as may girls who receive either medical or livelihood assistance from the government.

The city will give beneficiaries a six-month supply.

You can apply for the support via email or snail mail. They will be delivered by parcel service.

저소득층 여성 청소년 생리대 지원사업 추진

제주시 서부보건소가 저소득층 여성 청소년 생리대 지원사업을 시행합니다.

사업대상은 지역아동센터 등 시설을 이용하거나 의료급여 또는 생계급여 수급 여성 청소년입니다.

신청한 여성 청소년에 대해서는 한명 당 6개월 분량의 생리대가 지원됩니다.

특히 올해부터 신청방법을 이메일이나 우편으로 확대하고 수령방법 또한 택배로 받을 수 있도록 변경합니다.
