Official house appraisals in Jeju City
Assessors to look at 55,000 single-family homes

Jeju City authorities are assessing the official values of single-family detached houses in the area.

The appraisals are being based on values as of January first this year.

Officials will make the assessments for around 55,000 houses - 17-hundred more than last year.

Certified public appraisers from the Korea Appraisal Board will confirm the values. Those deemed unreasonable will be modified.

After that work is complete, Jeju City will review the results, accept requests for modifications, and convene a meeting of the Real Estate Price Disclosure Committee. The final appraisals will then be released on April 28th.

제주시 지역 개별주택가격 검증

제주시가 올해 1월 1일 기준으로 개별주택가격 검증작업을 추진합니다.

검증대상은 제주시 전체 개별주택 5만5천여 채로 지난해보다 1천 700여 채가 증가했습니다.

이번 개별주택가격 검증은 한국감정원 소속 감정평가사가 참여해 가격의 적정성 여부를 확인하고 불합리한 개별주택가격에 대해서는 적정가격으로 조정하게 됩니다.

제주시는 검증작업이 마무리되는 대로 열람과 의견제출, 부동산가격 공시위원회의 심의를 거쳐 4월 28일 결정.공시할 예정입니다.
