KCTV Jeju’s ‘Tamna Odyssey Jeju Olle’ awarded
Judges give it grand prize at Korea Cable TV Awards

Judges have awarded the KCTV-produced "Tamna Odyssey Jeju Olle" television series.

It was one of two grand prize winners at this year’s Korea Cable TV Awards. All of the submissions were programs that aired last year and were produced by cable companies.

Tamna Odyssey Jeju Olle won because judges said it captured the rapid pace of change in local life.

It is a 12-part series that covered the lives of area residents as well as the history and culture of the communities along the island’s 26 Olle hiking trails.

'탐라 오딧세이 제주올레' 케이블 방송 대상

KCTV제주방송이 제작한 '탐라 오디세이 제주올레'가 2017 케이블 방송대상을 수상했습니다.

한국케이블TV협회는 지난 한해 전국의 케이블TV에서 제작한 프로그램 가운데
KCTV제주방송의 '탐라 오디세이 제주올레' 등 두 작품을 방송대상 수상작으로 선정했습니다.

심사위원들은 '탐라 오디세이 제주올레'의 경우 최근 급격한 변화를 겪고 있는 제주사회의 변화상을
제주올레를 매개로 잘 담아냈다며 작품성을 높게 평가했습니다.

탐라 오딧세이 제주올레는 제주올레 26개 코스를 다니며
주변 지역의 문화와 역사, 주민들의 생활상을 12부작으로 다뤘습니다.
