Apartment prices remain steady for 7th week
‘Jeonse’ lease prices fall slightly

Apartment prices on the island are holding steady.

The Korea Appraisal Board says the weekly apartment price index as of March 14th was 121.7. It has not budged for seven straight weeks.

That’s the steadiest it’s remained since 2014.

Meanwhile, prices for long-term “jeonse” leases in Jeju fell by 0.08% over the same week, contrary to the upward trend nationwide.

제주지역 아파트 매매가격이 보합세를 유지하고 있습니다.

한국감정원이 발표한 주간 아파트 가격동향에 따르면 지난 14일 기준 제주지역 아파트 매매가격지수는 121.7로 7주 연속 유지되고 있습니다.

아파트 가격이 7주 연속 보합세를 유지하는 것은 2014년 이후 처음입니다.

전세가격은 전주보다 0.08% 하락하며 전국적으로 상승세를 보이는 것과 대조적입니다.
