Majestar has sold its business rights to the casino inside the Shilla Hotel.

Majestar says it reached a 21.5 billion won deal with the NHT Consortium for the rights to the casino.

A travel agency specializing in the Chinese market has reportedly bought 50 percent of NHT, making it the major shareholder.

주식회사 마제스타는 공시를 통해 카지노 경영권을 NHT 컨소시엄에 양도한다고
밝혔습니다.

양도가액은 215억원입니다.

NHT컨소시엄은 도내 모 중국전문여행사가 지분의 50%를 투자해 최대 주주로 참여하고 있는 것으로 알려졌습니다.
