JTO, TripAdvisor sign deal
Jeju Tourism Organization aims to attract more foreign visitors

As part of efforts to attract more foreign visitors to the island, the Jeju Tourism Organization inked an agreement Thursday with TripAdvisor, one of the world’s largest travel sites.

The signing ceremony was at the Jeju Welcome Center.

According to the deal, both parties will work together on promotional material and they will exchange information and analyze data regarding Jeju tourism.

In addition, TripAdvisor will run a seminar and training sessions based on its database to people involved in the local tourism sector.

제주관광공사가 해외 개별관광객 유치를 위해 세계 최대 규모의 여행 사이트인 트립어드바이저와 업무협약을 체결했습니다.

제주관광공사는 오늘(13일) 오전 제주웰컴센터에서 트립어드바이저와 전략적 업무협약을 체결하고 홍보물 제작과 정보 교환, 제주 관광 관련 빅데이터를 공동 분석하기로 했습니다.

이와 함께 트립어드바이저가 보유한 정보를 기반으로 도내 관광업계 종사자 교육과 세미나도 진행할 예정입니다.
