Local housing prices rebound in July
Up 0.19% after falling for 2 months straight

Housing prices in Jeju reversed their downward trend in July.

According to the data released by the Korea Appraisal Board, prices were up 0.19 percent compared to June.

That’s the 7th highest growth among the nation’s 17 provinces and major cities. It’s also above the average of 0.18 percent.

Housing prices in Jeju had fallen 0.01 percent in May and then 0.02 percent in June.

주택가격 상승 전환…전달보다 0.19% 올라

하락세를 보이던 제주도내 주택 가격이 상승 전환됐습니다.

한국감정원이 발표한 7월 전국주택가격동향조사 결과에 따르면 이달 제주 주택 가격은 전달보다 0.19% 상승했습니다.

이는 전국 평균 상승률 0.18%를 상회한 것으로 전국 17개 시도 가운데 7번째로 많이 오른 것입니다.

제주도내 주택 가격은 지난 5월과 6월에 각각 0.01%와 0.02% 떨어지며 하락세가 지속될 것으로 예상돼 왔습니다.
