Jeolmul Natural Recreation Forest becoming more popular
2,500 visitors per day this summer

Jeju Jeolmul Natural Recreation Forest is gaining popularity as a summer destination.

According to Jeju City, an average of 25-hundred people have been visiting the forest daily over the peak season.

More families and groups are heading to the forest to enjoy strolls or just get away from the heat.

444,000 people had visited through the end of July - 10.7 percent more than during the same period last year.

제주시 절물자연휴양림이 여름 휴가철 산림 피서지로 각광받고 있습니다.

제주시에 따르면 이번 여름 성수기에 절물자연휴양림 입장객은 하루 평균 2천500명에 이르고 있습니다.

산림욕을 즐기거나 숲길 트레킹으로 무더위를 피하려는 가족단위나 단체관광객들이 증가한데 따른 것으로 풀이됩니다.

올들어 지난달까지 절물자연휴양림 이용객은 44만 4천여 명으로 지난해 같은 기간보다 10.7% 증가했습니다.
