아라동 행복주택 '첫 삽'…내년 5월 입주

제주시 아라동에 행복주택이 들어섭니다.

제주도는
제주시 아라2동 2천여 제곱미터 부지에
48억여 원을 투입해 지상 4층 규모의 행복주택을 조성합니다.

총 39세대로
대학생 5세대, 사회초년생 9세대,
신혼부부 18세대,
고령자 4세대 등으로 구성됐습니다.

이번 행복주택은
제주개발공사가 주관하는 제1호 사업으로
내년 5월 입주를 목표로 하고 있습니다.

4. Construction on “Happy Housing” begins
Residents can move in from May next year


Some new public residential units, called “Happy Housing” are to be constructed in Ara-dong, Jeju City.

The provincial government has invested about 4.8 billion won to build a 4-story unit on a 2,000-square-meter plot of land in Ara 2-dong.

The housing will support 39 units, with room for 5 university students, 9 young workers, 18 newly-married couples, and 3 elderly people.

This “Happy Housing” project is the first that the Jeju Free International City Development Center has in the works. Tenants are scheduled to move in from next May.
