'애월국제문화복합단지' 도시계획 조건부 통과

이랜드 그룹이 추진하는
애월국제문화복단지 조성사업이
도시계획 심의를 조건부로 통과했습니다.

제주도 도시계획위원회는
오늘 이랜드 자회사인 주식회사 애월국제문화복합단지가
제출한 복합단지 조성사업 개발진흥지구 건에 대해
상하수도 처리와 신재생에너지 활용계획 등을
제시하라는 부대조건을 달고 사업을 처리했습니다.

이에따라 해당 사업은
환경영향평가 심의와
도의회 동의절차를 남겨두고 있습니다.

4. Aewol International Culture Complex plan accepted
Must meet conditions to further development

The Aewol International Culture Complex Project, being pushed by E. Land World, has received permission from the City Planning Committee to move forward on the condition that it passes a city planning deliberation.

The committee approved the proposal for the project, submitted by a subsidiary of E. Land World, but suggested that they hand in plans for sewage treatment and the usage of renewable energy.

The project is thus left with two more steps if it wants to proceed; one, an environmental impact assessment, and the other, passing the deliberations of the provincial council.
