Province helps promote local products in Hong Kong
Representatives from government, local exporters at Hong Kong Food Expo

The provincial government is supporting local companies who want to break into the Hong Kong market.

As part of this effort, local officials will join representatives from three area exporters in participating in the Hong Kong Food Expo, which runs from the Thursday through Sunday.

The Jeju firms will be highlighting locally produced chocolate, mandarin oranges, dried abalone, and dried sea cucumber.

1,300 companies from 26 countries took part in the expo last year.

제주산 제품, 홍콩 시장 개척 추진

제주특별자치도가 제주산 제품의 홍콩시장 진출을 지원합니다.

이를 위해 오는 17일부터 사흘간 도내 수출기업 3개사와 함께 홍콩식품박람회에 참가합니다.

이번 박람회에서 제주업체들은 초콜릿과 감귤, 건전복, 건해삼을 선보이게 됩니다.

홍콩식품박람회는 올해로 28회째를 맞고 있으며 지난해만 하더라도 26개국에서 1천 300여개업체가 참여한 바 있습니다.
